Okay so really it is just water. Ignore the tar filling the crack in the curb. For some reason blogger decided to make that the freeze frame that you see before hitting play and accompanied with my title it causes confusion.
We have a water line leak in our front yard. Fortunately, it is on the Cities side of the meter so they will have to fix it.
